Huge
reception room caters for many people

The large open-plan reception room
enables many people to come together whether for a celebration or simply
sharing time with each other.
While it is all one room, it still has distinct areas where
different groups can indulge in different activities without
disturbing the others. One might want to chat, another might want to play
board games, another might want to watch TV or work on a laptop computer.
Talking of laptop computers, it is good to know that wireless broadband is
installed at the house. |
Satellite TV is also installed so as well as Israeli TV, Sky channels are
also available.
Since the kitchen photograph was taken, a breakfast bar has been built
seating up to four or five people. Most of the time one would probably
want to have breakfast in the garden under the Clementine tree, but it is
nice to have if one wants a hurried breakfast before going away for the
day or for a coffee break in between cooking.

An unusual feature of the
cottage is that the basement houses a
slate snooker table.
It

A host of board games such as monopoly, backgammon , chess
and others are kept there. |
As well as being a leisure area, the basement provides
abundant storage and sleeping for up to seven people. It contains its own
independent toilet and shower.
One separate room sleeps two and doubles as a purpose-built
shelter. There are also two double foutons with 25cm-thick
mattresses and additional mattresses that can be laid out. |

A sparkling, marble
stair-case, leads to the bedrooms on the first floor.
The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, also a
sitting area with a sofa, a writing desk, and large built-in wardrobe.
It opens onto a balcony , delightful for breakfast or relaxation in the
evening air before bedtime. |
